An interactive game to learn names and qualities about people in a group, that teaches skills of investigation, appreciating diversity, identifying similarities and differences. Photocopy a “human bingo” sheet (many samples are online) for each participant. Each box will have a characteristic or something a person can do or that they possess. Examples include: “can sing”, “has a brother”, “traveled to another country”, “plays soccer”, and “likes licorice”. All participants mingle and try to fill up their entire sheet (not just one column) with names of people who match the various boxes. Only rule is that no one can sign more than one box on any person’s sheet! This encourages camaraderie and connection.
