Summary
ÃMuch of my poetry starts as affirmations and meditations, for my inner self who seeks balance and stillness in the world. Through meditation, I can embrace stillness. We live in a world where the norm is a constant tension between urgency and efficiency. Peace can feel like a grandeur concept, but I have found that the sweetest peace comes from learning to do nothing and embracing the present.
