Summary
Participants practice clear communication and listening skills in a team building exercise.
Instructional Strategies
1. Prepare enough blindfolds for every person except two.
2. Choose a large indoor or outdoor area and divide participants into two groups.
3. Place the groups at opposite ends of the space
4. All people wear a blindfold except for one on each team. The one person who can see is the leader; they must lead the team across the space/field by providing clear, specific commands to all team members.
5. Make sure that the role of team leader rotates.
6. There can be a winning team (who crosses to the other side first) or not.
Participant Tasks
