A working mother of three builds stronger connections with her sons. “There was a lack of connection and insufficient communication between me and my boys; needing to more closely observe and understand their strengths and weaknesses; slowing down to be more receptive to their gifts. I implemented Ceeds of Peace tools/activities in my home on a daily basis with my sons Ð this is a daily work in progress and takes effort but it is worth it”. Outcome: “My two younger sons began meditating with me! We also have more pleasant family-bonding time, and this is very important to us. Better communication too.”
